We are always continuously exploring job possibilities available within the varied ability levels for the intellectually challenged community in the cities that we have established AMBA CEEICs in. We then work backwards to customize and put in place an appropriate framework of learning, to enable them to do the work identified. We help these youngsters to function in a professional work atmosphere within the AMBA CEEICs and thereafter directly in mainstream companies. In some cases after a few months of working at the AMBA CEEICs, parents take their children forward into the next stage independently.

Some youngsters may not be able to adjust to a direct mainstream atmosphere being extremely vulnerable and, therefore, AMBA CEEICs are a long term solution for them. In the first three years, we just about managed to train 30 youngsters and employ them. Today however, nearly 350 people are employed within the AMBA CEEICs. Over 65 AMBA trainees are working directly in mainstream organisations, 3 have gone on to study further. One young lady got married after completing her training.

Thanks to the AMBA CEEIC Certificate of Merit endorsed by Intel, over 700 youngsters have finished training and are going through different stages of training across India.
