Rather than build institutions of our own we collaborate and add value to
existing institutions addressing the same community pan India . We thereafter
network and bring in every requirement in kind to take the process forward to
its pr oductive end.
Intel has supported AMBA CEEICs since 2004. They have sponsored
computers to our AMBA CEEICs from 2004-2010 and helped document and print our
initial curriculum in 2004 which was used as a structure for trainers to work
within till January 2007 when a new visual learning process was developed and
put in place by the founder of AMBA CEEICs . Intel has also endorsed our
initiative by co-signing a certificate of merit which the individual beneficiary
receives on completion of the training within his/her limitation.
We have since December 2007 signed a contract with Intel to dispatch Intel
Newsletters every quarter.
The Indian Air Force under the leadership of the C n C Training
Command gave us the first opportunity to collaborate and establish the first
AMBA CEEIC within the premises of the Air force School in Bangalore in 2004.
(This helped us realize the brilliance of collaboration. In five years we have
established AMBA CEEICs in 18 cities in nine states in India. We support these
institutions for a period of 2-4 years depending on the individual institution's
capacity and limitation. We work with them on every aspect of setting up a
succecssful CEEIC, including but not limited to training, customizing, bringing
in work; getting the candidates to adapt to change, building a supporting
revenue model and also helping them negotiate with companies in their vicinity
to bring in every requirement in kind. Sometimes we help beyond the basic
requirements. We help source stand by electricity, water, healthcare, insurance,
a revenue base to support long term sustainability of the Institution
independent of external funding, etc. We then step back in stages with the hope
that these ancillary units will continue to empower themselves and other
institutions within their network. We would always be there to support the
institutions in continuity should the need arise.)
Our efforts come with no financial implications.
Microsoft gave us the Operating and Office software.
Tata Teleservices , a leading telecommunications company, was
the first Mainstream Organisation to give our youngsters the opportunity to do
their back office work in December 2004. We were worked within their intranet,
processed and dispatched receipts/bills for their post-paid subscribers. This
opportunity helped us showcase the brilliance of these youngsters to the world.
Tata Teleservices has sent work to AMBA CEEICs in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and
Chennai Special Olympics Bharat seeing the brilliance of these youngsters gave
them the contract to do the data entry of athletes' registration into their
Games Management System for 32 states and Union Territories in India. Our team
in two centers in Bangalore and Mandya District did the work between 2007 and
2009. In 2008 two centers completed data entry of over 230, 000 GMS forms.

revolutionary to the Intellectually Challenged Community. The Fellowship has
given us the ability to travel and scale to the twelve cities that we are in
today. The process of selection helped us realize our strengths and has brought
enormous clarity to what we do.
